To ensure on-time delivery during a busy holiday season, please try to place your order at least 1 day prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, Valentine's Day, Easter and Mother's Day.
Our shop will always be closed on the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Day, Family Day, Victoria Day, Canada Day and Labour Day.

Delivery Policy
A local delivery fee of $15.00 will be added to each order, for each address per delivery in Paris. Outside of Paris the delivery fee will show once the address has been given. Postal Codes are used to generate the delivery cost so it is important that they are accurate.
For deliveries outside of our delivery area that need to be wired out there is an additional wire fee added. Please call our shop if you have any questions or need further clarification!
We generally call before making our deliveries to ensure that someone will be present to receive them. We will not leave a delivery unless we have permission to do so and the weather is suitable.
Orders for delivery outside of Paris must be received before 2:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will not be guaranteed same day delivery, it might have to be delivered the following day. We will do our very best to ensure that deliveries are made in a timely fashion.
We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it, If there is something specific that you are hoping for please call us to discuss.
Substitution Policy
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary in the creation of your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers. Product may not be exactly as shown, however full value is always provided!
Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and colour scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may have to substitute with another color.
